
Erika Silver – Director of Housing and Stabilization Services came to NAYA from local government, where for the last ten years she managed homeless housing programs, homelessness prevention, veterans services and homeless outreach. Before that she was Deputy Director for a large community development and human services provider also working with multiple homeless housing and homeless prevention, employment and energy assistance services. She’s been on the Advisory Board and actively volunteer for Red Lodge Transition Services since 2008, helping bring services to Indigenous people who are incarcerated and also transitioning back to community. She started as a cook for a homeless women’s shelter, worked many shelter related positions and served as Executive Director for a domestic violence provider helping survivors of intimate partner violence and sexual assault. She holds a Certificate in Nonprofit and Financial Management from Portland State University.
