Molly Washington

Molly serves as the Director of the Native American Program of Legal Aid Services of Oregon (NAPOLS).  Molly stepped into this role after starting N’dee Law LLC, a law firm dedicated to serving individuals and businesses whose goal is to support the community through endeavors and business ownership.  Molly has been an attorney since 2009, in both the private and public sectors, and has spent time in leadership roles at non-profits. In addition to NAYA, Molly serves on the boards of the NAYA Action Fund, VOICES a BIPOC Adoptee Community, the Lawyers Committee to the ACLU of Oregon, and on several other workgroups. Molly is N’dee/Apache on her paternal side and Mexican-American. She and her husband Rakeem have 4 children and live in Portland.
