Gang Prevention and Outreach
The Gang Prevention and Outreach program serves youth ages 11– 19 who want to keep their feet on a good, healthy and safe path. Youth receive support to increase school attendance and enjoy healthy peer and family relationships. This fosters strength in youth and helps them to avoid possible gang affiliations and police or juvenile crime involvement. Case management services and outreach to children, their families and other important individuals in their lives are provided.
