Workplace giving

Many employers offer matching gifts programs. Check with your human resources office for information about giving to nonprofits. NAYA Family Center has workplace giving relationships with the Black United Fund of Oregon, Nike, Inc., and The Equity Foundation. We have received gifts from employees of Bi-Mart, Providence Health Systems, and other employers who offer their employees payroll deduction donation options.

Volunteer

NAYA Family Center is always looking for the time and talents of volunteers to help us with community events, office assistance, programming support, and committee membership. Please contact the Volunteer Coordinator for more information, or check out our Volunteer page.

In-kind donations

School supplies, nonperishable food, clothing, office supplies, furniture, and art supplies are just a few examples of the items we need. Please consult our wish list to see the high-priority items we need most.

Elders Portrait Project

The Elders Portrait Project documents and honors our beloved Native elders who continue to give their time, support, and wisdom to the Portland community. A $100 donation will sponsor the creation of an elder's portrait. You can either nominate a specific elder whom you want documented or simply donate to the project.
